How to Report a Vulnerability or Incident​

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in any Sovereign Solutions product or infrastructure, please contact our security team immediately:

• Please include:
  • Description of the vulnerability and its potential impact
  • Step-by-step instructions or proof-of-concept to reproduce the issue
  • Affected product, URL, API endpoint, or component
  • Any screenshots, logs, or network requests that can help us investigate

Responsible Disclosure​

• Give us reasonable time to investigate and address the issue before sharing any information publicly.
• Do not access, modify, or delete customer data that does not belong to you.
• Do not execute denial-of-service attacks or disrupt services for our users.
• We will acknowledge receipt of your report promptly and keep you informed as we work on a resolution.
